Washington Butler of Puyallup Washington, was always attracted by the arts. The choir she sang in was entered into performances in singing contests, and was a part of schools and in community theatre. She then moved into Los Angeles and studied theatre at the University of Southern California. For one year and a half, she was Belle the princess in Beauty and the Beast. She dropped out of college and set her sights on getting an agent to represent her talents and then began auditioning for work in television as well as film. Butler appeared as a guest star in the TV program CSI: Miami. Butler was featured that year on the web series Luke 11 17 directed by Don Stark. Butler had a role in the web series I Love Vampires and a regular one in Luke 11:17. She won the title for I Spit on Your Grave which was a remake of the 1978 film with the same name. While initially disliking the movie's violence and nudity she was eventually convinced by the film's feminist tone as well as its powerful characters. Butler played Jennifer Hills who, having been severely attacked in a forest cabin and then gang-raped, seeks revenge on those responsible. Directed by Steven R. Monroe the film premiered on October 8th, 2010. Butler started filming The Stranger Within, a psychological thriller starring Estella Warr, and William Baldwin on Mallorca in Spain in November of 2011. The film was shot in addition to New York City and Copenhagen, the film was scheduled for filming at Copenhagen Denmark. She also joined the cast of Treachery which starred Michael Biehn. The independent feature film was filmed in Los Angeles in early 2012. Butler played featured in The Demented (2013), that was written and directed by Michael Welch with Kayla and Michael Welch.
Jodelle Ferland, a Canadian actor with a $4 million dollars net worth. Jodelle Ferland began her career in advertising at the age of a teenager. When she reached four, Ferland was able to make her TV and movie debut with a part in Mermaid. Ferland was the youngest actress in history with an Emmy Award award for her role in this produced for television film. Ferland has since appeared in many shows and films including Stargate SG-1 Supernatural Smallville, Trapped Them and Tideland.
